Furthermore, he conducted his general surgery residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. In addition, he completed his plastic surgery residency at Harvard Combined Program: Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Children’s Hospital and Shriners Hospitals for Children — Boston. He is fellowship-trained in craniofacial microsurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the University of Maryland R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center. Moreover, he attained fellowship of the American College of Surgeons and has been awarded the Order of Karađorđe’s Star for his achievements in medicine by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.
